How does Paco work?

Paco is a virtual assistant to help customers make a restaurant reservation, order takeaway or have it delivered to their home. Through a user registration linking the customer's google account, with prior consent, Paco offers an easy and convenient experience to complete the booking or food purchase cycle. With a voice interaction that takes the customer through the menu, the customer can complete their order, indicate their delivery address or reservation date. Finally the customer, with the help of Paco, can complete the payment as they prefer with cash, Google Pay or credit card. Paco will send the order or reversal to the customer's email with a QR for easy and efficient management by the restaurant on the ResCloo App.

How does Paco help you place an order?

Available in:

1. Selection of dishes, dessert and drink

Paco helps the customer to select by voice the menu he wants to order.

2. Selection of the method of payment

Paco proposes to the client the payment methods to select one of them.

3. Selection of delivery address

Paco asks for the delivery address suggesting the ones in the google account.

4. Order confirmation

Paco shows a detail of the order for the customer to confirm or cancel it.

5. Payment

Paco triggers the payment process so that the customer can pay for the order.

6. Receipt of the order by email

Paco co-signs the order and sends an email to the customer with the receipt and a QR code.
